About the Owner

Greetings! I'm Alicia McKnight, the proud owner of Freedom Cleaning & Organizing Ltd. Since its inception in 2020, my mission has been crystal clear: to simplify people's lives. There's nothing quite like the satisfaction of granting someone a bit of extra time – in my book, that's the true currency of life.

Cleaning and organizing aren't just tasks to me; they're passions. I derive genuine joy from meticulously placing items with purpose and considering how to best assist each individual. The impulse to lend a helping hand is so deeply ingrained in me that even among friends and family, I struggle to resist the urge to tidy up! I instill this same ethos in my team, urging them to forge connections with our clients and to express their authentic selves throughout the process. With a foundation built on genuine care, happiness naturally blossoms, and seeing people smile is endlessly rewarding.

Beyond my role as a business owner, I'm also a proud mother to two spirited goofballs who constantly inspire me with their kindness, intelligence, and boundless enthusiasm. My eldest is nearing 15, while my youngest is almost 13, and I'm equally blessed to have two bonus children aged 16 and 18.

Authenticity is at the heart of everything I do. My aim is simple: to be myself and to extend grace, understanding, and kindness in every interaction. I aspire to redefine perceptions about cleanliness, cleaners, and the industry as a whole.

In my free time, you'll often find me pursuing my other passions, whether it's staying active, indulging in delicious food (even if it doesn't always align with my fitness goals!), learning new things, immersing myself in music, embarking on outdoor adventures, practicing yoga, or simply embracing the joy of life. Like you, I'm doing my best to navigate the balancing act of life.
