How many people will be cleaning my home?

one person or two, dependent upon the size and condition of the premises.

I live out of town, is this okay?

Absolutely! We charge 1.10/km driven and are happy to serve you.

Are supplies included?

Unless specified otherwise, our services always include full supplies at no additional cost. Rest assured; charges remain consistent regardless of this circumstance.

What about covid-19?

Your health and safety are our priority! We are happy to email a copy of our covid-19 protocols to you at your request.

Is there a cancelation/ rescheduling fee?

To ensure efficient scheduling and maintain our commitment to providing timely service, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation. Should a cancellation occur with short notice, a fee equivalent to half of your regular invoice will be applied. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Will the same cleaners be coming each time?

Upon Request. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, impacting our cleaners' availability. In such cases, if a cleaner becomes ill or requests leave, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs by either rescheduling the appointment or assigning a replacement cleaner. It's important to note that we utilize a detailed checklist for each home or space we clean, facilitating a seamless transition for any team member stepping in. Your satisfaction and the consistency of our service remain our top priorities. Thank you for your understanding.

Is Freedom cleaning bonded?

Do I Have To Be Home When The Cleaners Arrive Or Depart?

Certainly not! While it's not mandatory for you to be present during our cleaning sessions, we believe that initial introductions can help establish a more personable relationship between you and our team, especially if it's our first time servicing your home/space. We operate with transparency and openness, and you're more than welcome to be at home during the cleaning process if you prefer. Your comfort and satisfaction are our utmost priorities.

What if something breaks?

While instances like this are rare, we acknowledge that mistakes can happen as we are all human. If such a situation arises, rest assured that we will promptly contact you to address the issue. Our priority is to ensure that any valuable items are replaced, and we will make every effort to arrange a satisfactory resolution. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are important to us.

What if my chosen service isn’t completed in time?

Can I add/change my package?

If my pet is hypoallergenic do I need a pet package?

We highly recommend our pet package for households with pets. This specialized package ensures thorough cleaning of our equipment, crucial for preventing cross-contamination between locations. We prioritize sanitizing our mops, maintaining our vacuums, and cleaning our filters meticulously. Additionally, our pet package includes extra attention to detail, such as eliminating nose prints and thoroughly cleaning floors and furniture. If I choose not to add the family package will you clean my children’s rooms?

Certainly, without our family package, we prioritize cleaning essential areas such as light switches, door handles, and visible floors. However, please note that our standard service does not include tidying or picking up items. If you require additional services such as dusting, making beds, or picking things up in their rooms, these can be added on with our family package.
